A few years ago I won $2,000 and I thanked The live chat dude because I really needed the money because I had just gotten kicked out of my house that same night and I was able to sleep in a motel I was really thankful. Then the dude tells me my account is terminated because they take homelessness serious . And I was betting more than I could afford. I was like wow really. Fast forward a few years later today actually I am now happily married and have my own home kids wife and I asked the live chat if I could have my account back or create a new one and they said no I'm banned permanently. Since when does a casino discriminate against a person what their status is. major BS.
