I have provided Bitstarz with the following:
Passport
Selfie with passport
Government ID card (front and back)
Internet bill (dated as of less than 1 month ago)
Letting contract
Revolut bank statement (issued within 1 month)
Credit card photo (front and back)
Despite all of this, Bitstarz is asking me for a PHYSICAL letter. one that has been posted to my house, from the Government, to prove my address.
I have sent everything I can get my hands on to prove this and yet this is not sufficient? I look forward to hearing why
