I requested to be paid out on my $90 of winnings and this casino refuses to pay me. They tell me that they need me to submit my ID and transactions proof. I have sent this to them and then they said they did not get it. I sent it a second time and they are still refusing to pay.
Their emails and previous messages say that I will be paid when they receive the documentation that I have already sent twice.
Today they now are saying that I must "take a selfie in front of today's newspaper and then sign it and send this"
First of all I haven't bought a newspaper in years (who does anymore) and second I don't even have a cell phone. I am a 78 yr old lady who is now being cheated out of her winnngs!
