BitStarz Casino - Player’s account has been closed without valid reason.
The player from Isle of Man had their account closed by Bitstarz, which claimed they had breached the terms, although the player insisted they had not. They were refunded only their last deposit and felt unfairly treated, especially after checking the terms at the time of play. Attempts to resolve the issue, including involving third parties, did not lead to any satisfactory outcome. We had now rejected the complaint because it concerned events from 2022 and was older than our 6-month time limit.
