Avoid BitStarz Casino at all costs.
Avoid BitStarz Casino at all costs.I was travelling in Ireland for work and signed up while there. During registration, they asked for absolutely NOTHING except my email address. No ID, no proof of address, no residency verification — nothing. They happily accepted my crypto deposit of £300 without any checks whatsoever.I then managed to win around $5,700 USD. The second I tried to withdraw my winnings, everything changed.Suddenly they started demanding documents, proof of address, bank statements, and personal information that they never asked for before taking my money. I provided everything they requested, only to then receive an email saying they would NOT pay my winnings because I was a UK resident and had “breached” their terms. How is that MY breach when they never verified anything before accepting my deposit? If residency was such an important rule, why was I allowed to register, deposit, and gamble in the first place? They are more than happy to take your money instantly, but the moment you win, they look for excuses not to pay. In my opinion, this is completely unfair and deceptive behaviour.I have evidence and emails for everything I’m saying. Please be careful and stay away from this casino unless you want to risk losing both your money and your winnings.
