BITSTARZ: Bad experience with this casino. My account, containing €3,000, was suspended without any reason.
I thought this was a trustworthy casino, but I had to change my mind.As long as you’re depositing money, everything works perfectly. But as soon as you try to withdraw your winnings, the problems begin.I deposited €500 into my gaming account and managed to win €3,000. I decided to withdraw half of it, and that’s when they started asking for verification documents.I submitted my ID, a selfie holding my ID, and a bank statement to verify my payment card. Everything seemed fine, and my account was successfully verified. Then, out of nowhere, about 30 minutes later, they suspended my account without any explanation. They asked me to take a full-body photo standing near my home, with a nearby bus stop visible in the background. I was shocked by such a request. Since I was abroad for work at the time, I explained that I wasn’t at home. The result? My account has remained suspended, and I cannot withdraw my money. Customer support keeps repeating the same responses. I spent hours chatting with them, but nothing was resolved. Eventually, they simply started ignoring me.Terrible experience. My money is still blocked. My conclusion? DO NOT USE THIS GAMBLING PLATFORM!
