On April 9th, I submitted a withdrawal request on the Betwinner website under number 4707740823 for an amount of 500,000 TRY (10.000 EUR). Despite no money being transferred to my bank account, I saw a message on my Betwinner account stating "payment made."I contacted the live support line, explained the situation in detail, and opened tickets related to this transaction (15336149 and 15416042). Despite sending my account statement and clearly proving that the transaction did not go through, five days have passed and the payment has still not been made and the issue remains unresolved.Furthermore, in my subsequent withdrawal request numbered 4713667491 for 190,000 TRY, the amount was deposited short, with exactly 38,000 TRY less sent to my account.
