Following that, they asked for an official PDF of my Aadhaar card from the government website, which I also sent. They then requested my PAN card, followed by a proof of address (for which I provided my bank statements), and finally, a selfie of me holding my Aadhaar card. I have provided every single document requested.​Despite submitting all of this documentation, the security department is now completely ignoring my emails. I have also tried contacting standard email support, but no one is responding. Today is July 10th, and my account remains locked.​I do not understand why a company would treat a customer this way over a withdrawal of just 1,400 rupees. I have already filed a complaint on AskGamblers, which remains unresolved. I highly doubt the company will even reply to this review because their practices feel entirely fraudulent. If you are considering depositing your money on Betwinner, please beware—you will regret it.
