i genuienly cant get over the fact that i registered and put money on the site before reading the reviews.(My user ID is 1416636699)Asked for withdrawal at least 5x now on the site, have over a 50 msg chat via email with the "security team" they are asking me to provide a photo for the 20th time istg with my face, ID and the email messages behind me all visible, i sent imagees countless times i genuienly cant take better ones and they are acting like a kid.... "take another one", "provide the image asked", sometimes they dont even respond, and when i try to reach out to them again they threaten me that they gonna block my email adress, i got my money stuck there i swear someone help me how do i get this to the officials or someone that can do something about a scam like this...

After a serious health issue, I resumed communication in **August 2025** and once again submitted all evidence. Betwinner refused to provide any proof of transfer or transaction ID, claiming “too much time has passed.” On **28 September 2025**, I contacted their Turkish support via live chat; they confirmed the payment was made and said it would reflect within 14 days. The next day, they denied that information and said it was a mistake. It has now been **9 months**, and I still have not received my money. Betwinner has provided contradictory statements and no proof of payment. I kindly ask CasinoReviews to investigate this issue and help me recover my **unpaid 100,000 TRY**. This app is a scam! I have place withdrawal more than 5x and they won't credit me instead refund the money back to my betting account, so I am forced to continue using the money to place bet. And if I win I cannot withdraw. You guys are the worst I wish I did app review before creating account with your useless company not even one positive feedback. You guys should just pack and leave. I didn't belief until I see comment of the same issue am having. I won bet on casino #300k and when I choose to withdraw otp dosen't pop up which I get before. Thinking it was a system issue, I decided to log out and login again boom, I can't login again due to not getting otp. I was asked by the support team to clear cache, cookies and so on.. I requested two withdrawals on January 13, 2025, from BetWinner (User ID: 139501101). The first withdrawal of 100,000 TRY was paid successfully in two transactions. However, the second withdrawal of 100,000 TRY, requested at 07:02 and marked as “Completed” at 07:35, was never credited to my Papara account.Since then, I contacted BetWinner support many times. I only received the same automated response telling me to “wait,” with no real solution. On January 23, 2025, I sent a final warning, but BetWinner ignored it and still hasn’t paid me.As of today, my 100,000 TRY withdrawal remains unpaid. I emailed the security team, they replied that I should wait for response and not create repeated massage. It's been three days now I've not had from them.

Betwinner closed my account (ID: 1371592333) on September 4, 2025, removing my winnings of HUF 36,000 and leaving only my original HUF 15,000 deposit. I submitted all requested verification documents, but I still cannot withdraw my funds. I am seeking a prompt resolution and reimbursement.

I wrote to Betwinner.com Monday the 30th of December 2019 , that I wanted to close the account as I have a gambling problem and that "I can’t control the spend .” Please see conversation below at the end of this message. After I talked to them I could still deposit every day, until all my salary was gone, in total 3090 EUR. As you see it was big deposits and nothing was there to stop me , although I had asked for help. My account was blocked after when contacting them again yesterday the 2nd of January, and asking them why they didnt follow simple responsible gaming terms, and asking for a refund of the deposits after the request the 30th of December. They responded this: "Dear Customer, As soon as you reported gambling problems, the possibility to place bets from your account was restricted, then the gaming account was permanently blocked. Unfortunately, there are no grounds for the requested refund. Best regards, Betwinner" The claim that they put a restriction and blocking the account "As soon as you reported gambling problems" is false, as I was still allowed to deposit 24 times up until the 2nd of January 2020 , in total 3090 EUR, after requesting the block.
