Very disappointing experience. I registered for the Bet £10, Get £40 in Free Bets offer and received an email saying my account was verified. When I tried to log in my account was already locked. After contacting live chat, I was told the verification email had been sent in error and I submitted the requested documents immediately. Despite multiple follow-ups and a formal complain, I received no response for months. Eventually (only after contacting the ombudsman) Betway said my account had been permanently suspended under their T's & C's but refused to explain why. I was never even able to access my account. Communications and complaints handling extremely poor.

Still no reply from betway for my missing 6500$ withdrawal I will delete the review like before but no one contacting me regarding the same . I hope they trace the withdrawal . It has been a 2 days .

I has been 2-3 and I have not yet received my cash send voucher pin. I have been calling, Emailing talking to are chat bot. No help no one answers me.why?

No one to speak too, the only live chat you can use is a bot! Made a withdrawal of £3900 and haven’t received. Quick to take my deposits but no payout! Says it was processed and paid to my account, but still haven’t received and cannot speak to anyone! Absolutely gutted. Will have to speak to eCOGRA to see if they can help as there’s no one to speak to at Betway! I have tried contacting them via Facebook and X but no reply. If no contact by Friday I will be taking it further.

Betway processed my withdrawal through an Instant Money voucher. I received the voucher number and PIN by SMS, but when I attempted to redeem it, I was told that the voucher had already been redeemed. I did not redeem the voucher and did not authorise anyone else to use it.I contacted Standard Bank, which confirmed that the voucher was redeemed by another individual recorded as “Eso”. Standard Bank also indicated that the transaction raised a ***** concern and that the relevant account was blocked due to suspected *****ulent activity.The voucher appears to have been redeemed almost immediately after being issued. This raises serious concerns about the security of Betway’s voucher-generation or transmission process. Despite this, I have not received a satisfactory resolution or reimbur*****t of the R250.I am calling on Betway to act immediately by:Investigating the voucher generation, transmission and redemption records;Providing the exact dates and times of the withdrawal, voucher issuance and redemption;Explaining how a third party was able to redeem the voucher;Liaising with Standard Bank and the relevant payment provider; andRefunding the R250 that I did not receive or authorise anyone else to redeem.Betway should not simply refer me elsewhere when the withdrawal originated from my Betway account and the voucher was compromised shortly after being issued. I expect a written response and a clear resolution within five business days. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the relevant payment provider, consumer-protection and gambling-regulatory authorities.Betway, please investigate this urgently and refund my R250

Literally just deposited £20 and was told my log in details weren’t correct which they were only made one attempt and requested to re set my password word to be told account was blocked even though it states 5 attempts any other communication doesn’t work so robbing scum company , still replied with false information nobody fall for these scam artists again lies upon lies there’s no way of contacting them and if there was still be lies karma will get you

My account was locked with no reason given. No response from customer support on any channel. Terrible service. No way to access or withdraw the cash left in my account. I have effectively been robbed. Stay away!!!

I am currently experiencing a serious issue with Betway.I requested a €40 withdrawal on 4 September 2026 (Transaction ID: 430175483), but it remains stuck in “Submitted” status and has not even entered the processing stage.At the same time, the Live Chat on the Betway website is not functioning. Where do I start.Quite possibly the most untrustworthy, worst customer service, dodgiest betting site in the UK.So my story- I use a handful of other casino apps (365, MGM, Virgin, Sky Bet) and they are all super user friendly, instant set up verification etc and fun to useBetway allowed me to set up an account under the impression I’d get a welcome bonus (free spins), deposit my £20, then instantly locked my account, kicked me out the app, and asked me to speak to customer service (no other info provided) after hours of chasing customer service I eventually discovered I needed to send verification documents ? No mention of this within the app, I showed me frustration and eventually sent the docs, a day passes, nothing, I speak to them again, “oh sorry we can’t see your documents they need to be pdf”, I sent them again (all this time I’m doing the chasing, no emails or messages in the app from them whatsoever) - 2 days later I’m still locked out unable to access my £20 🤣 utter joke - stay well clear of this one.

The support is terrible plus they play tricks. Once you submit query bot tells you too wait tell agent is available, I waited hole day . If I leave the site and come back they said I'm not available every time its happening constantly. I waited for 8 hours then left for 1 min and they tell me the same thing again

If you were joining for the welcome offer don't bother! They locked me out for three weeks upon joining, told me i was still opted in to the welcome offer but then told me the opposite when my qualifying bet settled. The offer really shouldn't be advertised at all they clearly do this to avoid giving it out.
