⚠️ AVOID BETWAY — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEI placed several bets with Betway, and when the bets were winning, they were voided, while the losing bets were still settled as losses. This is extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, completely unfair.I lost money because of this and I strongly regret using this site. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Betway to anyone.Please be very careful before depositing your money. Make sure you fully understand their rules and how they settle bets, because you could end up losing a significant amount of money.For me, this experience has completely destroyed my trust in Betway. I will not be using this site again.

I would give this less than 1 star if I could. Absolutely avoid this betting site at all costs. I opened an account deposited £100 and within the space of a couple of minutes the account was suspended. It’s been 10 days since this happened. I was told that I needed to upload documents. I completed this and was told they’ve been verified by an agent on the chat. Yet my account is still suspended. And my money trapped in the account. I’ve had several live chats since this to just keep being told it’s going to the operations team as they can’t do anything. So basically they are pointless even being there. I’ve still not heard anything at all. do not put a single penny into this company. It is a scam and a fraud. The worst experience I have ever had by a country mile with any gambling company. All I want is my money back I wouldn’t even use the app after all this. AVOID!

I would not even give them one star! I opened an account and deposited £20, they took the money and then closed my account with no explanation? After enquiring constantly they finally told me to download documents (driving licence and up to date bill etc) which I did and it was rejected? Again no explanation and the complaint department said it had nothing to do with them and to go back to chat? Still no one is helping me and my money hasn’t been returned! Don’t bother with betway and stay clear of them!

After two wagers were retrospectively resettled, my available balance was reduced from approximately CAD $566 to exactly $0.00, and despite repeated requests, Betway has still failed to provide a basic itemized accounting showing exactly what was deducted, how the final balance was calculated, whether any additional adjustment was made, or whether any further liability remains on my account. Instead, every response has been vague, generic and seemingly scripted, simply repeating that the bets were resettled due to a palpable error while completely avoiding the actual questions I am asking about my money. I have also repeatedly requested a formal complaint/reference number through both email and live chat and still have not received one, with live support simply telling me the matter was forwarded to another department and that they could not provide a reference. The most concerning part of this entire experience is not even the original betting issue itself, but how incredibly difficult it has been to obtain a direct, transparent and substantive response from a company handling real customer funds. I have sent detailed questions, formal follow-ups and clear requests for basic account information, yet I continue to receive cookie-cutter replies that do not meaningfully address the issue. I now have to pursue external dispute-resolution and regulatory channels simply to obtain an explanation of what happened to my own account balance. For a company of Betway’s size, this level of complaint handling, transparency and customer support is extremely disappointing and has seriously damaged my confidence in using the platform.

Betway is by far the worst online casino ive ever used . My wife won money dating back to March 2026 . We still havnt seen a penny. They have had every form if verification including bank statements , passport , house bills amd now they are asking for a bank statement back in 2019 !!!!!!! Which we have provided , still no payment . They are stalling us for just a few hundred pounds . Dont bet with this company . And the gambling commission are a waste of time , a toothless organisation.
