Hello LCB Team, I am opening this official complaint against Betcoin.ag regarding my blocked account and a withheld balance of 1,210 USDT. Since their representative recently stopped communicating on Bitcointalk by stating, "Now we will leave it up to the mediator," I am bringing the full story here to request your active intervention. Here is exactly what happened: 1. Account Blocked Based on Lies: Some time ago, Betcoin.ag completely blocked my account and confiscated my legitimate balance of 1,210 USDT. They started throwing dirt on me and lying that I have multiple accounts with them. This is absolutely not possible and completely false. I am 100% innocent, and I have clear evidence directly from my crypto wallet and transaction history to prove that I have only ever operated my single legitimate account. 2. My Initiative and Their Shady Conditions: In an effort to resolve the dispute, I reached out to them first and proposed a settlement where they would at least return my initial deposit. Instead of acting fairly, they twisted my initiative and attached completely unacceptable, dirty conditions to it. They demanded that I make a fake confession (admitting to things I didn't do) and completely delete all my reviews and forum posts BEFORE they would send a single cent of the agreed amount (around 90% of the balance). 3. My Secure Proposal: Because they have already scammed me once by locking my funds, I could not trust them to just delete everything upfront and hope they pay. To protect both sides, I posted a fair, step-by-step secure proposal just 3–4 hours after their offer. I suggested a partial payout first (e.g., 75%), followed by the removal of the reviews, and then the final payout. 4. Their Refusal and Ghosting: Instead of addressing my safe transaction process, they completely shut down the discussion, refused to cooperate, and ran away from the topic by claiming they are leaving it to LCB. It is obvious they only wanted to manipulate me into deleting the evidence against them without any intention of safely paying me out. I refuse to be scammed a second time. I have all the necessary evidence, transaction IDs, and screenshots of their extortion tactics ready to provide.  I kindly request the LCB moderation team to look into this case, review the facts, and contact Betcoin.ag to help me recover my full 1,210 USDT. Next, betcoin.ag asked for the documents that I sent for online verification. Then my account was blocked. Funds are frozen. Betcoin.ag stopped responding to email. I have a gambling addiction and I am not proud of this but do try my best and self exclude to assist me in keeping my addiction under control. I have self excluded from betcoin.ag but was still able to open an account with betcoin and spent £5000 If I had of won, clearly I did not, I would been unable to withdraw any winnings as this would be against the terms and conditions. Note: Casino played at was BetCoin.ag not 007 slots. I was asked to submit it this way and then have you change it on the backend. On June 14th, 2016 at approximately 11:00PM CST I was playing the BetSoft slot "The Glam Life" at Betcoin.ag. I was betting the maximum bet at the .50mBTC denomination. In the spin I matched 3 airplanes on 2 separate pay lines which resulted in 4 bonus spins. On the final bonus spin I matched 5 yachts across the pay line which should have resulted in the progressive jackpot. Instead I received 1000 credits. I have screen captures proving all of this (max bet, denomination, payline, pay table) uploaded to imgur at http://imgur.com/a/hx7Ht At the time of the spin the pay table clearly says that 5 yachts on the pay line at the max bet wins the jackpot. At the time the jackpot was 1,007,249.91 credits. I immediately submitted a support ticket to Betcoin.ag. According to what they tell me BetSoft had informed them that the spin did not qualify because it was not at the maximum denomination of 1.0 mBTC. This is obviously false because as you change the denomination in the game the jackpot changes as well. At the 1.0 denomination the jackpot lists at over 2 million credits, at .25 it is 500,000 etc. I informed the casino of this fact. Again BetSoft replied through the casino that it did not qualify for the jackpot because it was a free spin. In looking at the pay table there "was" no language to exempt a free spin from winning. I highlight "was" because since this spin BetSoft has quietly changed their pay table and inserted language to exempt complimentary spins. My screen captures prove that this language was not there at the time of the spin. The casino has told me that it is out of their hands, that all play happens directly through BetSoft servers, and that BetSoft is the only one who can decide to pay me the jackpot. I need your help in bringing this to BetSoft (numerous emails have been ignored). I also have chat transcripts with Betcoin.ag support. Upon request I could email them to you.
