Withdrawals Are a Nightmare & Poor Customer Support
Everything was going well until I lost my bank card and needed to update my payment details. Despite multiple attempts, nobody has been able to remove my expired card and replace it with the new one.I can still make deposits using Apple Pay but the only withdrawal option available to me is a bank wire transfer, which is taking an unreasonably long time. I still have a withdrawal request from May that has not been processed! I've been going around in circles with customer support through both live chat and email, with no resolution. Due to this experience and the lack of support in resolving a simple issue, I will be deleting my account and would recommend others avoid using this company.
