I am extremely disappointed with 1xBet after a very frustrating experience with a Cash Plus deposit.On August 4, 2026 at 16:47:18, I deposited 510 MAD through Cash Plus to my 1xBet account (ID: 1006134977). The money was successfully deducted from my Cash Plus wallet and sent to the recipient 0653626354, but the amount was never credited to my 1xBet account.The agent handling the deposit even contacted me on the phone number linked to my Cash Plus wallet (062203**) and told me that he would not credit my account and that I would not be able to recover my money.I have proof of the transaction, yet I was left without my money or the balance I paid for. This has completely damaged my trust in 1xBet.I am seriously considering stopping using 1xBet, and I am sharing this experience to warn others: be extremely careful with your money and keep proof of every Cash Plus transaction.I sincerely hope 1xBet investigates this situation and takes responsibility for what happened.
