1xBet Casino - Player's withdrawal has been delayed.
The player from Austria requested assistance regarding a withdrawal request made three weeks earlier for his winnings of INR 16,45,000. Despite having completed full KYC, he faced an unreasonable demand for a computer-printed Mental Fitness Certificate that conformed to impossible local regulations. We later found that he had previously created multiple accounts and that the account used for the disputed winnings was registered with incorrect personal information, which was only corrected after the win. As no verifiable proof was provided that the casino had approved continued use of the account, we were unable to assist further and the complaint was closed.
