They are scammers Literally. Don't Think about depositing your money and think they are above board. The worst part they have this support that will drive you mad by asking you same information that they know you cannot produce. When you deposit you do not expect that you will encounter deposit problems you therefore do not take a screenshot and if it happens you cannot reproduce this process except you can give them the slip you deposited with BUT they literally do not want that
