Day 17... Still no withdrawal received.
After my previous review, 1win replied publicly saying my missing withdrawal was still being reviewed and that they were working on resolving the issue as fast as possible.But right after that, something strange happened. My support request was suddenly marked as completed, and when I contacted support again, I was told that I had already received the money.Ticket: SPP-618897Their exact message: "The withdrawal has already been successful."The problem is: I still have not received the funds.I already provided my wallet statement before, showing that I only received one payment of 1000 EGP instead of two withdrawals made at the same time, with the same amount, same wallet, and same withdrawal method.What makes this even more concerning is that they don't seem able to properly verify whether their payment agents/providers actually completed the transaction or not. If a payment is marked as "successful" in the system, but the customer never receives it and provides evidence, then simply repeating "withdrawal successful" is not a real investigation.Today is day 17, and I am still missing my withdrawal.Player ID: 365880857I'm sharing my real experience so others can decide for themselves.
