15 Days Later.. Still Missing My Withdrawal
Even the AI review summary is pointing out repeated complaints about missing withdrawals and payment issues, and now I understand why. It's been 15 days and I still haven't received my missing withdrawal, even though it's marked as "completed" on their system.Player ID : 365880857I've opened several support tickets and some of them were actually closed as "resolved", claiming I received the money. I sent them my wallet statement exactly as requested, and it clearly shows that I only received one payment of 1000 EGP out of two withdrawals that had the exact same amount, were made at the same time, sent to the same wallet, using the same withdrawal method. My latest support ticket has been open for over 220 hours now, while they keep saying issues are handled within 72 hours. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response: "Please wait 72 hours." The funny thing is those 72 hours have already passed three times. At this point it genuinely feels like I'm talking to a bot instead of real support. This has been my experience, and I would seriously recommend people think twice before putting money here.
