1win Refuses to Release My Pending Withdrawals Despite Full Compliancee
I am extremely disappointed with 1win. My account (Game ID: 74543668, was recently closed under Clause 9.7 of their Terms & Conditions, which they claim relates to fraudulent activity (multi-account, bots, arbitrage, etc.). While I accept their right to suspend my account, they are unfairly withholding my pending withdrawals, which are my own deposited funds in INR, not winnings or bonuses.Here are the facts: • I deposited funds in INR and fully complied with their rules. • I wagered 100% of those deposits as required under Clause 16.13. • I completed full KYC verification, which was approved (I have the email proof confirming that I could proceed with withdrawals). • I submitted withdrawal requests before my account was closed, yet these remain unprocessed. • According to Clause 20.1.3 of their Terms & Conditions, once a withdrawal request is filed, the remaining balance “shall be repaid to the client” unless deposits themselves are fraudulent. My deposits were fully legitimate, and no proof of fraud has been provided.There is also 187,363.76 INR left in my wallet which represents deposits not yet wagered. I am not asking for that amount, as I respect the wagering requirement. I am only asking for the release of the funds that were fully wagered and requested for withdrawal before closure.1win’s refusal to process my pending withdrawals directly contradicts their own Terms & Conditions and fair gaming practices.
