Withdrawal Issues and Security Review – Waiting for Resolution
My id - 326717834Withdrawal currently under review — waiting for a clear resolutionI have been using 1win and recently experienced some issues with withdrawals.Previously, I had a ₹50,000 withdrawal that was shown as successful, but the amount was not credited to my bank account. I contacted support regarding this issue.Currently, my withdrawals are also under security/verification review, and I am waiting for the review to be completed before I can withdraw my funds. Support has informed me that my account is under inspection, but I have not received a clear timeframe for how long the process will take.I understand that security checks and verification may be necessary, especially for withdrawals, so I am not making any accusations. However, I would appreciate clear communication about the status of the review and an expected timeframe for resolution.Hopefully, 1win's support team can look into both the pending withdrawals and the previously missing ₹50,000 payment and provide a proper resolution.I would appreciate an official response from 1win regarding this matter.
