I haven't got money after failed transection on 1win amount rs10000
On [please insert exact date and time of transaction], I attempted to deposit an amount of ₹10,000 into my 1win account via PhonePe. During this process, the transaction failed, but the money was still deducted from my Kotak Mahindra Bank savings account. Despite this deduction, the ₹10,000 has not been credited to my 1win balance. On the transaction history screen of your platform, the operation appears as “Canceled” with a “payment failed verification” warning, and the request status clearly shows that the PhonePe pay‑in request did not go through successfully. At the same time, my Kotak Mahindra Bank statement shows that ₹10,000 was debited from my savings account for this failed transaction, which has left me without the money in my bank account and without any balance increase in my 1win account.I request that this case be checked urgently, that the failed PhonePe transaction be investigated in coordination with PhonePe and Kotak Mahindra Bank if necessary, and that the deducted ₹10,000 be fully refunded to my bank account without any further delay. I also request written confirmation once the refund has been processed. Id is 39980993
