The player from India had deposited 10,000 INR and converted it into 300,000 INR but was facing issues with withdrawal after completing the verification process. His account was then blocked, and he was not receiving any responses to his messages or emails. We reviewed the casino’s evidence and found proof of opposite betting with another user in the network, which was considered a deliberate breach of rules of the casino. As a result, we concluded that the account blocking and refusal to pay the winnings were justified, so the complaint was rejected.
