I am opening this official complaint against Pin-Up Casino for unfairly confiscating my 100 AZN legitimate winnings and constantly shifting their accusations for over a month now. Important Technical Note regarding my Location: I am a player from Azerbaijan and my casino account is strictly registered under Azerbaijan. However, due to local internet provider restrictions on gambling sites in my country, I am forced to use a VPN to access the internet and submit this complaint. Please disregard any alternative IP location shown by the system; my true residency and account country is Azerbaijan. Detailed Case Summary: I deposited 10 AZN and received a 10 AZN bonus. I lost my initial 10 AZN cash deposit, but then I started wagering the 10 AZN bonus strictly on slot games (such as Leprechaun and fruit slots). I successfully completed the full 500 AZN wagering requirement. The moment the wagering was finished, my balance was at 388 AZN, and the casino's automated system capped it and transferred exactly 100 AZN to my real balance, strictly following the bonus rules. However, the moment I requested a withdrawal, the casino completely banned and blocked my entire account from their system. The casino has been dragging this issue out for over a month, and they are completely shifting their fake reasons depending on which platform they are talking to: 1. To the mediator on other website, they formally claimed that I am banned for 'multi-accounting'. 2. On another website platform, they claim I am banned for 'bonus abuse' (clause 11.8). 3. Most shockingly, in their official emails sent directly to my Gmail right now (which I have attached as evidence), they explicitly admitted that my account was simply blocked BY THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM ("заблокирован системой. Система обнаружила нарушение..."). They are hiding behind their own automated system's generic software blocks because they have no real logs, person-verified evidence, or consistent arguments against me. If their system verified and approved the 100 AZN transfer to my real balance upon completing the wagering, they cannot legally retroactively confiscate the money and lock me out based on contradictory, automated claims. This clearly proves they are operating in complete bad faith to avoid a 100 AZN payout. I request the LCB Team to investigate this fraud and hold them accountable. My id is 23147644.I would like to again highlight the scam that this platform is carrying out.On 3rd July they have marked my withdrawal as completed.The amount was 19020.But no funds were received.After that they have given a fake utr and asked me to check with bank.I have checked with bank and provided them with the bank response.Still now no funds are received.Same thing happened again on 28th July they marked my withdrawal of amount 46730 completed but no funds received.They provided again a dummy utr and asked to check with bank.I check with bank and they confirmed no such transaction exists with that utr.Now they are telling the payment is done.Even after giving the bank statement and bank response they r telling the payment is done.They are biggest scammers.Please avoid this platform.Also I request to the gaming authority to look into this and take strict action and ban this platform as they are doing scam and fraudAlso here in this format they are replying to ping them in their app to their specialist and they will assist.But already I have done the same 100 times and I m getting the same response as "We cannot help you check with your bank with the utr provided"Is this their so called lisenced services?
