First, don't listen to other reviews, found out they are paid bots. First they literally ate 500-600e, while trying multiple games. Then they give you some piggiez garbage, idk, since it is useless, played more than 50 times - didn't win anything once, just some more of their "fake" coins. Okay, they gave back half of the deposits, and then collapse. They locked my winnings to 20e per bet (doesn't natter if I played 10 cents, 1e, 5e). I was dumb enough to go all in and lost 1500€ in two days. Since I have been waiting for their piggiez garbage (believing I might get some rakeback, the next morning went to login, but guess what, they disabled my account... Hope no one flals for this scam. This place will not pay you if you win a significant amount. I deposited crypto to play their games and I got a couple of jackpots on a coupleOf games, totaling nearly $10,000 USD. I tried to cash out $3,500 USD of the winnings and the took that plus the remainder of the winnings because I won it on a bonus round! Fraud and scam casino.

I deposited a lot of money on Bitstarz Casino and had no issues depositing, but when I finally tried to withdraw my winnings, the problems started. They asked me for ID, address proof, and bank/statement verification. I submitted everything they requested, but my withdrawal kept getting cancelled again and again.Every time I sent new documents, they would ask for something else or reject the verification without properly explaining why. It felt like they were delaying the process and making it extremely difficult to cash out my money.After so many failed attempts and constant cancellations, I became frustrated and ended up cancelling the withdrawal myself. I won and off my winning I wagered and won more they were in the process of cashing me out that all of a sudden it was canceled at apparently someone had an account using my same Ip adress which I’ve never made an account and no one but I gamble in my house hold. But I was at a motel with a friend that's never used crypto and I deposited money on to the account she created that I recommended and deposited 50 bucks for them and they received the welcome bonus what made it a 100.
