marketing-plan · slavingia — Claude Code skill: what it does, how to install
This skill builds a content-led marketing plan without starting with ads. Use it when customers already pay for the product and you need a workable audience strategy.
npx skills add slavingia/skills --skill marketing-plan -a claude-codeWhat marketing-plan does
The skill turns an existing product signal into a simple marketing plan. It expects a community, paying customers, one-to-one sales experience, and roughly 100 customers as evidence of product-market fit. A product without paying customers leaves the plan without the starting evidence it expects.
The plan covers the customer path from first contact with content to purchase. It chooses a primary platform and publishing schedule, then develops ideas across three content levels: educate, inspire, and entertain. It also treats an email list as an owned channel rather than relying entirely on social platforms and their algorithms.
The output includes ideas for each content level, a public-building plan, and an offer for collecting email addresses through something useful. Paid ads come later, after organic traction and a clear customer profile. In Claude Code, installation creates ~/.claude/skills/marketing-plan/SKILL.md.
What it helps with
- build a content-led marketing plan
- choose one main platform and a posting schedule
- generate ideas across three content levels
- plan an email list offer and collection flow
- decide when paid advertising makes sense
