processize — Claude Code skill: what it does, how to install
Turns a software product idea into a manual workflow you can run today. Helps validate value with paying users before writing any code.
npx skills add slavingia/skills --skill processize -a claude-codeWhat processize does
This skill acts as a business advisor based on Sahil Lavingia's Minimalist Entrepreneur framework. Instead of jumping straight into software development, the agent forces you to strip an idea down to a single outcome you can deliver using a phone, spreadsheets, and email. If the manual version cannot be launched over a weekend, you must cut the scope.
The workflow guides you through six steps: clarifying customer inputs and outputs, identifying ten real people in need, mapping every manual task, and drafting an operating procedure. It also establishes an initial price. Zero-dollar testing is discouraged because free users provide no real commitment signal.
Progress halts if you cannot name ten specific individuals with the problem: the prompt explicitly sends you back to community discovery before proceeding.
What it helps with
- strip a product idea down to a manual spreadsheet workflow
- document a step-by-step operating procedure for delegation
- identify the first three paying buyers in an online community
- pinpoint the most time-consuming task to automate first
Example prompts for the agent
- I have an idea for a job board, run processize to help me deliver it manually first
- Use processize to design a manual workflow for my report generation tool
- Turn this SaaS concept into a step-by-step checklist using processize

Questions about processize
How do I install processize in Claude Code?
Run npx skills add slavingia/skills --skill processize -a claude-code. The skill file will be placed in ~/.claude/skills/processize/SKILL.md.
What does processize do?
It translates an unbuilt software idea into a manual, repeatable service. You design each operational step, set a price, and test delivery on real customers before coding.
When does the skill recommend automating with code?
Only after serving ten or more paying customers whose requests are completely predictable. Even then, you automate only the single step that consumes the most time per customer.
