What persona-team-lead does

persona-team-lead sets a team-lead persona for the agent. It runs daily standups, prepares 1:1 meetings, creates weekly snapshots, and turns email action items into tasks. Team OKRs can be tracked in a shared Sheet.

The skill uses gws-calendar, gws-gmail, gws-chat, gws-drive, and gws-sheets. Its workflows include gws workflow +standup-report, gws workflow +meeting-prep, gws workflow +weekly-digest, and gws workflow +email-to-task. For a weekly calendar view, use gws calendar +agenda --week --format table; standup output can be sent to Chat with gws chat spaces messages create.

The gws binary and the listed Google Workspace utility skills are required. Use --sanitize for operations involving sensitive team data. Install it when the agent needs recurring team coordination through these services; it is a poor fit for a one-off question.
