meeting-prep-cc — Claude Code skill: meeting prep and install
Builds a pre-call brief from an Obsidian vault, including context, an agenda, and pointed questions. Run it before sales, strategy, or interview meetings.
npx skills add BrianRWagner/ai-marketing-claude-code-skills --skill meeting-prep -a claude-codeWhat meeting-prep-cc does
Run the skill by hand from your Obsidian vault directory. It searches Markdown notes for the participant and company, checks earlier prep files, and looks for related TODOs, promised actions, and follow-ups. The meeting category guides the agenda and question set.
The output follows a brief template with the meeting goal, three priorities, vault context, questions, watch-outs, the desired outcome, and a proposed next step. It then writes the file to bambf/meeting-prep/YYYY-MM-DD-[lastname]-prep.md and prints a short summary. The package also includes references for the brief format, meeting types, and question banks.
You need Claude Code with bash access and a vault that uses the bambf/ structure. Without bash access, its search steps cannot run; external APIs are not required.
What it helps with
- pull participant history from an Obsidian vault
- review earlier meeting briefs
- surface open commitments and follow-ups
- shape an agenda for the meeting type
- write the brief and terminal summary
Example prompts for the agent
- Prepare me for a sales meeting with Anna from Acme at 15:00 tomorrow.
- Run Meeting Prep for a partnership call with Ivan from Example on 2025-05-20 at 11:00.
- Create an interview brief for Maria from North and use the previous notes as context.
