What YieldCave does

YieldCave connects coding assistants to tokenized real-world asset (RWA) data and stablecoin yields. It acts purely as a market index. The server pulls metrics from DefiLlama's open API, Yahoo chart data, and CoinGecko without touching wallets or managing transactions. Your assistant can check pool liquidity, calculate yield differences against bank accounts, and scan yields across blockchains.

The tools cover single-asset stablecoin lending venues, tokenized equities like TSLA or pre-IPO assets, and institutional fund terms for BUIDL or USDY. Running the server locally requires Node 20 or higher. Alternatively, a hosted HTTP endpoint is available at https://mcp.yieldcave.com backed by Postgres snapshots.

Anonymous usage on the hosted endpoint caps calls at 100 per day per IP address. Automated webhook alerts and extended historical lookups require generating an API key.

What it helps with

  • fetch current yields and TVL for tokenized US treasuries
  • find highest-yielding collateralized lending pools for USDC
  • inspect discounts or premiums on tokenized stocks against base assets
  • review terms and eligibility for RWA issuers like BUIDL or OUSG

Example prompts for the agent

  • Summarize the current tokenized treasury market and list top yields on Solana
  • Where can USDC earn the most yield with at least 50M in collateralized lending?
  • Check if tokenized NVIDIA shares trade at a premium to the actual stock
