Telesherpa Ontology Platform — Claude Code MCP server
Wires an agent into an ontology platform for field service and facility management, where object types, forms and triggers stand in for code.
claude mcp add --transport http ontology-platform https://mcp.telesherpa.com/mcpWhat Telesherpa Ontology Platform does
The server exposes a graph of business objects to the agent: object types, forms, trigger rules and Functions. Instead of reading a chat transcript, the agent works with work orders, assets, contacts and service history. The platform covers field service, building maintenance, fleet operations and CRM.
Transport is Streamable HTTP, and sign-in runs on OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration, so no client ID has to be handed out. An agent can sign itself up: the account owner creates an invite code with create_invite_code, the agent calls register with invite_code and accept_terms, and receives an address plus password once. The human route goes through register with username and password, then an activation code by mail. There is no starting balance — credits arrive from a prepaid code issued by the account owner or through card checkout.
Which tools you see depends on your role, not on the token. Without a token you get register, activate, login, refresh_access_token, auth_status and onto_credit_pricing. Platform languages are de_DE, en_US, fr_FR and it_IT. A tokenless POST /mcp answers 401 on purpose, because that is what kicks off OAuth discovery in the client.
What it helps with
- create an agent account with no browser and no mailbox
- inspect work orders and assets in the object graph
- set a trigger for a recurring maintenance task
- link people and companies into CRM objects
- check credit balance and pricing before calling tools
Example prompts for the agent
- Connect to Telesherpa and list the objects in my scope
- Register an agent with my invite code and print the credentials
- Create an object type for equipment checks and a form for it

Questions about Telesherpa Ontology Platform
How do I install Telesherpa Ontology Platform in Claude Code?
Run claude mcp add --transport http ontology-platform https://mcp.telesherpa.com/mcp. If you prefer the longer name, use claude mcp add --transport http telesherpa-ontology-platform https://mcp.telesherpa.com/mcp.
What does Telesherpa Ontology Platform do?
It gives an agent access to an ontology platform: object types, forms, trigger rules and Functions. Field service, building maintenance, fleet work and CRM are built on top of those.
Do I need a token to get started?
No. register, activate, login, refresh_access_token, auth_status and onto_credit_pricing work without one, which is how an agent signs itself up. The 401 on a tokenless POST /mcp is expected and triggers OAuth discovery.
