sprtx-mcp — Claude Code MCP server: SPRTX sports tokens
Connects an agent to the SPRTX sports token network: search, pricing and hierarchy across 1,435 tokens in 98 sports. Trading needs a PHER key.
claude mcp add --transport http sprtx-mcp https://mcp.sprtx.netWhat sprtx-mcp does
The server exposes the SPRTX token registry to an agent over JSON-RPC 2.0 on Streamable HTTP. Read-only resources need no auth: sprtx://registry/tokens, sprtx://registry/sports, sprtx://registry/stats, sprtx://registry/organizations, sprtx://registry/venues. The free tools cover keyword search, token detail, family tree, price, waitlist demand, network stats and PHER key requests.
Under the hood it is plain PHP with no dependencies. One endpoint at https://mcp.sprtx.net, sessions kept on the filesystem, queries against MariaDB through prepared statements. No Node, no npm, no SDK — PHP 7.2+ on shared hosting is enough. Assets sit in a tree: platform, sport, league, team, athlete, plus geolocations, venues and orders.
Buying and selling are not live yet. Trading tools arrive in v1.1 and need an active PHER key at $55. The network is in the GENESIS phase with no on-chain transactions, so positions are being taken before public trading opens. Agents are advised to poll get_network_stats to catch new assets.
What it helps with
- find team tokens by keyword and type
- check a single token's price and market cap
- walk a token's family tree up and down
- gauge demand from waitlist signups and endorsements
- track registry growth through network stats
Example prompts for the agent
- Search for tokens matching
giantswith typeTEAM - Show the hierarchy and current price of this token
- Run the
explore-sprtx-marketprompt and tell me what's on the market
