What Pushizo does

Pushizo ships a Model Context Protocol server that exposes your Pushizo workspace to an agent. Read tools cover segments, campaigns, messages, templates and an analytics summary. Two write tools produce a draft campaign or a draft segment. Sending, scheduling and deleting are absent from the tool list, so a draft still goes through the panel before anyone hits send.

You can connect two ways. The remote server lives at https://api.pushizo.com/mcp over Streamable HTTP and needs no install; it authenticates with OAuth 2.1 in the browser or with a scoped API key. The local one runs over stdio as npx -y @pushizo/mcp-server and takes its key from PUSHIZO_API_KEY. Reading requires segments:read and analytics:read; drafts additionally need mcp:write.

Every call lands on the public Pushizo REST API, so scopes, the IP allowlist and tenant isolation behave exactly as they do for direct requests. A missing key or a bad URL makes the process exit with code 1. PUSHIZO_API_URL accepts https only, with http://localhost:<port> and http://127.0.0.1:<port> allowed for local development.

What it helps with

  • see which segments and campaigns already exist in the account
  • pull a summary of campaign analytics inside the chat
  • turn a plain-language brief into a draft campaign
  • locate a saved message template by topic
  • build a draft dynamic segment from given conditions

Example prompts for the agent

  • List the segments in Pushizo and explain how they differ
  • Draft a campaign for the new users segment, I'll edit the copy
  • Give me an analytics summary for the latest campaigns

Questions about Pushizo

How do I install Pushizo in Claude Code?

For the remote server run claude mcp add --transport http pushizo https://api.pushizo.com/mcp. For the local one run `claude mcp add --env PUSHIZO_API_KEY=<PUSHIZO_API_KEY> --env PUSHIZO_API_URL=<PUSHIZO_API_URL> --env PUSHIZO_APP_ID=<PUSHIZO_APP_ID> --transport stdio pushizo -- npx -y @pushizo/mcp-server`.

What does the Pushizo MCP server do?

It gives an agent read access to Pushizo segments, campaigns, messages, templates and analytics. Writing is limited to creating draft campaigns and draft segments.

Can it send a campaign for me?

No. There are no tools for sending, scheduling or deleting. A draft is created with status draft and the mcp tag, and you send it from the panel.
