ReputeMap — Claude Code MCP server: Google reviews in your agent
Gives an AI agent access to Google Business Profile reviews: read and filter them, prepare reply drafts, publish the ones you approve.
claude mcp add reputemap -e REPUTEMAP_API_KEY=<REPUTEMAP_API_KEY> -- npx -y @reputemap/mcpWhat ReputeMap does
ReputeMap is a hosted MCP server. There is nothing to run on your machine: the client reaches https://api.reputemap.com/mcp over Streamable HTTP and passes the key as an Authorization: Bearer header. A stdio bridge exists as a fallback — npx -y @reputemap/mcp, which wants Node 18+ and REPUTEMAP_API_KEY set.
Seven tools sit behind it. Four only read: the locations an org manages, reviews with the owner reply already inlined, stats per location and org-wide, and this month's credit usage. Three take action. draft_reply produces two or three reply options in the business's saved voice and drops them into the app editor. publish_reply posts to Google the exact text you signed off on. send_review_request emails a customer asking for a review. A draft on its own never reaches Google.
Keys start with rmk_, are shown once and stored as hashes, so revoking one cuts access right away. You need a paid ReputeMap plan or the 14-day trial with a card. publish_reply is flagged destructive because it overwrites an existing owner reply, and Google moderates replies too — pending, rejected_by_google and policy_violation come back in the tool response.
What it helps with
- pull every unanswered review under 3 stars from the past week
- prepare reply drafts for fresh negative reviews
- publish an approved reply to Google
- ask a customer for a review after a finished job
- check average rating and the 1–5 star breakdown
Example prompts for the agent
- List unanswered reviews below three stars from the last week, worst first.
- Draft calm replies for the three most recent negative reviews.
- Send a review request to the customer whose job we finished yesterday.

Questions about ReputeMap
How do I install ReputeMap in Claude Code?
The stdio bridge is the quickest route: claude mcp add reputemap -e REPUTEMAP_API_KEY=<REPUTEMAP_API_KEY> -- npx -y @reputemap/mcp. To talk to the hosted endpoint directly: claude mcp add --transport http reputemap https://api.reputemap.com/mcp.
What does ReputeMap do?
It hands your agent Google Business Profile reviews: a filterable list, per-location stats, reply drafts, publishing of an approved reply, and review-request emails.
Do I need a paid plan?
Yes. The key comes with a paid ReputeMap plan or the 14-day trial, which requires a card. You create it in the app settings and see it once.
