What PocketBase Cloud does

The server links to your PocketBase Cloud account via OAuth or a CLI token, letting the agent see project status, read build logs when a deploy fails, and spin up new instances in the region you pick. It can attach and verify domains, set up deploy hooks, and hand you the exact pbc command to ship your code. Inside each instance, the agent designs collections, writes API access rules, and handles record CRUD operations.

You choose the scope when you connect: read-only or full access, one project or all of them. Deletes require your explicit sign-off on each action. The server runs at https://mcp.pocketbasecloud.com/mcp; sign-in happens in the browser the agent opens.

What it helps with

  • read build logs when a deploy breaks
  • spin up a PocketBase instance and ship a backend
  • design collections and set API access rules
  • attach a custom domain and get the deploy command
  • check security settings before going live

Example prompts for the agent

  • Show my PocketBase Cloud projects and instance status
  • Read the latest deploy log for project my-app
  • Create a users collection with email and name fields
