This MCP server gives an AI client access to German public procurement search based on OCDS data. It supports semantic tender searches, parameter-based filtering, and matching against a company profile. Profiles can be created, viewed, edited, listed, and removed.
The server runs locally and uses a multilingual ONNX model to process queries and profile text. The API receives vector representations, OCIDs, and filter values rather than the original search text. An OCDS_API_KEY is required; without it, the configured MCP process cannot authenticate. Claude Code installs it with claude mcp add and the @qune-tech/ocds-mcp package.
