The server exposes 125 tools and 481 suboperations directly into BIM workflows. It handles architectural layouts, MEP routing, reinforcement planning, and parametric family generation. Agents can adjust floor boundaries, break multilayer walls into separate elements while preserving hosted inserts, or generate light-gauge steel framing from reference drawings.
All writes require verification checks. The server previews changes before committing updates to the project database. Deliverables export into IFC, DWG, vector PDF, and structured COBie 2.4 spreadsheets. The runtime requires Windows and depends entirely on the bundled installer to configure both the local service and Revit add-ins.
