hiring — Claude Code MCP server: what it does, how to install
Remote MCP server that evaluates job requirements across four facets, estimates candidate pool rarity, and builds structured interview kits.
claude mcp add --transport http hiring https://mcp.korture.com/api/mcpWhat hiring does
This tool helps hiring managers audit job expectations before publishing a role. It evaluates the position across work style, team dynamics, leadership drive, and workplace culture. The service contrasts your criteria against benchmark population figures, showing roughly how many people match the target profile. When criteria turn out unusually restrictive, it highlights which single constraint limits candidate reach the most.
Seven tools handle the complete flow. read_the_role spots missing job details, while create_brief maps requirements into core behavioral demands. get_playbook generates an interview guide with evaluation criteria for strong or weak candidate answers. Candidates can complete an evaluation via start_scan, while get_scan_result returns role congruence notes without ranking candidates against each other.
Unauthenticated requests are rejected immediately. Connecting requires a Korture profile authenticated through OAuth 2.1 with an email one-time code. The free tier caps usage at 10 briefs daily, though your initial role creation is free and inspecting generated materials costs zero credits.
