FrelyMCP — Claude Code MCP server: features and setup
FrelyMCP links an MCP client to a chosen computer and its shared workspaces. Use it when an agent needs remote access to files or processes.

FrelyMCP gives an MCP client one account-level endpoint, https://mcp.frely.cloud/mcp, for computers connected through Frely. An agent can select a device, inspect or edit files, work with processes, and fetch web content. Access is limited to the workspaces you share.
Run frely mcp start on the computer, add the server to your client, and complete OAuth approval. The CLI can also expose local MCP servers, install Frely agents and skills, and publish a local Ollama or OpenAI-compatible runtime as a Frely provider.
The home directory is the default workspace; set FRELY_WORKSPACE=/path to share another path. A computer will not appear through FrelyMCP until frely mcp start is running on it.
