eqiqs — Claude Code MCP server: profiles and compatibility
Wires a consented EQIQs workspace into your AI client: profiles, notes, meeting prep and a compatibility read between two people.
claude mcp add --transport http eqiqs https://adgmsnwjynqkhawhioil.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcpWhat eqiqs does
EQIQs scores personality and compatibility across 21 frameworks, aimed at coaching, communication and team work. The server talks to your own EQIQs workspace, and every call is scoped to whoever signed in through OAuth 2.1. Don't pass an access token around or touch someone else's data without their permission.
The tools split into a few groups. get_my_profile, list_profiles and get_profile read consented profile data. create_profile, start_assessment and submit_assessment walk a person through an assessment they take knowingly. Coaching and follow-up run on add_note, list_notes, invite_person and list_invites. Then there's prep_meeting for getting ready to talk, list_relationships for saved pairings, score_compatibility for a context-aware read in a documented business, romantic, friendship or coparenting setting, and score_team for group discussion prompts. generate_narrative turns results into plain-language coaching text on eligible tiers.
Treat compatibility output as decision support, not a verdict on someone's ability or fit — read it next to the data coverage the call returns. suggest_lead exists for discussion only; using it to pick, rank or assign people to leadership roles is off the table. The MBTI-style and DISC-style results are EQIQs' own approximations, not licensed MBTI® or DISC® administrations. The service isn't meant for screening, selection, termination, promotion, pay, discipline, performance ratings or role assignment.

Questions about eqiqs
How do I install eqiqs in Claude Code?
Run claude mcp add --transport http eqiqs https://adgmsnwjynqkhawhioil.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcp, then sign in with OAuth 2.1.
What does eqiqs do?
It gives an MCP client access to your EQIQs workspace: profiles, notes, invites, meeting prep and compatibility scoring across 21 frameworks.
How is score_compatibility different from score_team?
One scores a pair of people in a given context, the other returns group-level discussion prompts. Both are decision support, not a judgement about a person.
