What Elasticflow does

Elasticflow gives an AI client access to a shared Elasticflow workspace. An agent can create and query tables, add or link records, edit documents, search team content, and upload files. The resulting work stays available inside that workspace.

The server also supports live dashboards and client portals. It uses MCP Streamable HTTP, with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE handling the sign-in flow. An Elasticflow account is required before the first connection can complete, because the client sends the user to a browser for authorization.

Access follows separate read and write scopes for workspaces, tables, documents, files, and interfaces. You do not configure an API key by hand.

What it helps with

  • create a lead or order tracking table
  • filter rows in a shared workspace
  • draft and revise a report
  • upload a CSV, PDF, or image
  • link related records across tables

Example prompts for the agent

  • Create a lead table with columns for name, status, and contact date.
  • Find overdue tasks in our workspace tables and write a short report.
  • Upload contracts.csv, place it in the workspace, and link its records to the clients table.
