Dabble Me Journal — Claude Code MCP server: setup
Connects Dabble Me to an AI client through OAuth for journal search, analysis, and entry creation. A PRO subscription is required.
claude mcp add --transport http dabble-me https://dabble.me/mcpWhat Dabble Me Journal does
Dabble Me Journal exposes Dabble Me as a remote MCP server for compatible AI clients. After OAuth sign-in, an assistant can search journal content, list entries, inspect patterns, and create a new entry.
The service uses Streamable HTTP at https://dabble.me/mcp. In Claude Code, add it with claude mcp add --transport http dabble-me https://dabble.me/mcp. Access is gated by a PRO subscription and either a passkey or two-factor authentication on the account, so those requirements must be met before the connection can work. OAuth connections can be reviewed and revoked in Dabble Me security settings.
What it helps with
- search journal entries by topic
- review patterns across past entries
- draft a new Dabble Me entry from a prompt
- list earlier journal entries for follow-up
Example prompts for the agent
- Search my journal for entries about moving and summarize the recurring topics.
- Review my entries from the selected period and identify repeated events.
- Create a Dabble Me journal entry from this text, then wait for my confirmation before submitting it.
