The server links AI agents directly to the ConnectWise Manage API without relying on the web portal. It bundles a typed query builder and offline SQLite caching. This lets your assistant query service boards, check company overviews, and pull unbilled time entries.
Setup installs two local binaries: connectwise-manage-cli and connectwise-manage-mcp. Agent tools dispatch commands directly through the companion CLI.
Avoid running the HTTP transport via --transport http. That mode lacks authentication and browser rebinding safeguards, so stick strictly to the default stdio transport.
