The server packages 315 tools that interface directly with Bexio. It handles customer records, draft invoices with Swiss QR-bill and ISO 20022 formats, project timelines, and compound journal entries (Sammelbuchung). It also computes account balances (Saldenliste) across selected dates.
Operation runs either over stdio or through an HTTP server on port 8000. You will need a personal API token generated on developer.bexio.com to authenticate requests.
Leaving out BEXIO_HTTP_TOKEN in HTTP mode leaves the endpoint open to anyone with network reach. File uploads over HTTP also fail unless you confine them with BEXIO_FILE_DIR.
