trello-mcp runs locally as a Go binary and exposes 48 tools for Trello. An agent can find boards, lists, and cards, then read comments and checklists. The server also supports label and comment operations. Attachment uploads and downloads go to disk and require opting in.

Access can be limited with a workspace object allowlist, and the server has a read-only mode. A read-focused profile exposes ten tools.
