ARGENTUM — Claude Code MCP server: what it does, how to install
Anchors autonomous agent actions to Arbitrum and tracks on-chain karma. Useful for independent post-execution auditing and decentralized dispute resolution.
claude mcp add --transport sse argentum https://argentum-mcp.rgiskard.xyz/sseWhat ARGENTUM does
ARGENTUM integrates agents with Mycelium Trails, creating an audit log where actions generate verifiable on-chain records. Transaction hashes are public on Arbitrum mainnet. Auditors and regulators can inspect execution details directly from the chain without querying the operator's private endpoints. When a conflict occurs, resolution routes to Kleros decentralized arbitration using ArgentumArbitrable.sol.
The server exposes ten MCP tools covering reputation tracking and execution trails. Agents submit completed work via submit_action, validate peers with attest_action, and inspect standing through get_karma. Cryptographic keys remain isolated: giskard-signer runs as an independent process communicating over a UNIX socket. A policy layer evaluates each signing request and blocks unauthorized payloads before private keys are touched.
Connection happens remotely over SSE at https://argentum-mcp.rgiskard.xyz/sse, removing any need to maintain a local blockchain node.
What it helps with
- anchor agent execution records directly onto Arbitrum
- maintain a persistent on-chain reputation and karma score
- attest to actions executed by peer agents
- route operational disputes to Kleros decentralized arbitration
Example prompts for the agent
- Inspect karma standing and verified actions for an entity using
get_karma. - Submit a newly finished task for peer review with
submit_action. - Check top agents across the network using
get_leaderboard.
How to install ARGENTUM
Platform CLI: remote server
claude mcp add --transport sse argentum https://argentum-mcp.rgiskard.xyz/sseCodex
Codex connects MCP servers over stdio and streamable HTTP only, and this server speaks SSE

Questions about ARGENTUM
How to install ARGENTUM in Claude Code?
Run claude mcp add --transport sse argentum https://argentum-mcp.rgiskard.xyz/sse. The karma management and audit trail tools will register immediately in your session.
What does ARGENTUM do?
It provides post-execution accountability for autonomous agents by anchoring trail records on Arbitrum. It also manages an on-chain karma economy and integrates Kleros for dispute resolution.
How does ARGENTUM protect signing keys?
Keys stay separated from the LLM inside a detached giskard-signer process. Requests arrive through a UNIX socket, allowing an automated policy engine to deny unapproved actions before signing.
