Applyra — Claude Code MCP server: ASO data in chat
Feeds keyword ranks, difficulty and traffic scores, listing audits and top charts from the App Store and Google Play into your agent. Useful when ASO work happens in chat.
claude mcp add --transport http mcp-server https://www.applyra.io/api/mcpWhat Applyra does
The server exposes 30 tools: rank tracking, difficulty and traffic scoring, metadata checks, scoring a listing that does not exist yet, competitor visibility, notes on charts with before-and-after comparison, autocomplete mining, niche clustering and top charts. Both the App Store and Google Play are covered.
Two ways to connect. The remote server lives at https://www.applyra.io/api/mcp over Streamable HTTP with OAuth, so there is nothing to install and no key to paste: the client opens an Applyra sign-in page. The local one runs through npx -y @applyra/mcp-server and needs Node.js 20 or later.
Either way you need an Applyra account on the Unlimited plan. The local server also wants an API key from your dashboard, and without it in APPLYRA_API_KEY the server will not start.
What it helps with
- see how a keyword rank moved over a month
- score difficulty and traffic for a phrase before adding it to the listing
- check a draft description against store limits and banned copy
- put your app's visibility next to a competitor's
- split a niche into sub-niches with opportunity scores
Example prompts for the agent
- Show the rank history for this keyword over the last 30 days
- Check this draft description against App Store limits
- Compare my app's visibility with the competitor I added
