Apiguru Amazon Data — Claude Code MCP server: Amazon data
An MCP server that feeds live Amazon records to your agent: products, reviews, search hits, deals, offers and sellers. Useful when the agent needs real listings instead of guesses.
claude mcp add --transport http amazon-data https://mcp.apiguru.app/mcpWhat Apiguru Amazon Data does
Point the server at https://mcp.apiguru.app/mcp and the agent can pull a product record with title, price, rating and variants. Its _links carry through to reviews and offers. Search, deals and seller stock are covered too.
No account is needed to start. You get three calls a day free, then pay per call with x402 or authenticate with an API key. For unlimited work, set APIGURU_API_KEY and pass it in the client config; the stdio route needs Node and runs npx -y apiguru-mcp.
The repo ships more than the server: a skill with scripts/probe.py, an npm bridge, an endpoints.json spec and a Claude plugin. Bugs in the API go back through GitHub issues or the free send_feedback tool. The author says fixes come from those reports.
What it helps with
- pull a product's price and rating by ASIN without an Amazon seller login
- gather reviews for one listing to spot recurring complaints
- check seller stock and compare offers on a product
- search Amazon and narrow results to discounted items
- file an API bug report without creating an account
Example prompts for the agent
- Get the price, rating and variants for product B09DJLW458 in the US marketplace
- Pull reviews for this listing and list three common complaints
- Check seller stock for this item and rank the offers by price

Questions about Apiguru Amazon Data
How do I install Apiguru Amazon Data in Claude Code?

What does Apiguru Amazon Data do?
It hands your agent Amazon data: product records, reviews, search results, deals, offers and seller details. Responses arrive as JSON with links to related resources.
Do I need an account or an API key?
No. Three calls a day are free with no signup, and beyond that you pay per call through x402. Set APIGURU_API_KEY if you want to skip that limit.
