I recently had to update my phone number on my Wow Vegas account in order to submit a request for redemption. I finally got that taken care of, submitted my redemption request and now all of the sudden, I'm not able to log in tobmy account at all. Why?! Everything was fine until I submitted a redemption request. Also it shouldn't take 3 business days to process a redemption request on a verified account that's had redemptions claimed before.
