Since 11-01-2023 & 12-01-2023 I requested two withdrawals of 7500€ and 400€
The staff increased my limits for cashing out because i am a big deposit player. How ever they are claiming that my funds is cashed out for over a week now. They say it is processed from there side. But i didn’t get any confirmation regarding this. They are saying daily something else and keep letting me come back tomorrow and the answer will be something sketchy again. I have everything documented of our conversations. Please help me regarding this compaint.
