I have been asking to withdraw funds for nearly 1 month now. The card which the money is withdrawn to has now been cancelled as I have upgraded my account at Nationwide. Funily enough, I am able to make deposits through a live card but any winnings automatically defer to the cancelled card meaning funds stay with William Hill. I went into the shop at the Bedwell branch of Stevenage and the lady behind the counter said that she is hearing lots of complaints like these and that the company are losing money. She gave me the direct e-mail address of the CEO (Per Widerstrom, I am not allowed to put e-mail addresses online but you will be able to find it). I e-mailed him and he directed the complaint to a "2nd opinion". They asked me for a copy of my passport and bank statement so they can credit the funds to my account. This was on the 28/8 and I have still not heard anything. I have chased the complaint e-mail address address and Per's e-mail direct yesterday but have not heard anything.From what I have also read, William Hill have been taken over by a Greek casino company and is not subject to UK regulation. I have pretty much made provisions not to get my money back. PLEASE AVOID WILLIAM HILL AND PER WIDERSTROM.
